How do I order from you? Please use the "Get a Quote" section on my website, and I will follow up with you via email to confirm pricing and availability!
-
Do you offer shipping?Due to cottage food laws, I cannot ship out of state.
-
Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?Unfortunately, no. Due to the nature of creating custom cookies, larger orders do not require less work, so I am unable to offer discounts.
-
How far in advance should I place an order?I am often booked two-three months out, but sometimes I have room to fit in last minute requests. A 25% rush fee will be added to orders placed less than 2 weeks before pick up date. Be sure to check my availability to see if I am taking requests for the month you are looking to order!
-
Do you offer a nut free option? No, I do not offer nut-free options. I operate out of a licensed residential kitchen, which processes common food allergens, including tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, dairy, eggs, shell fish, fish and soy. This being said, I cannot guaruntee a nut-free product. Something I learned as a baker is that most almond extract does not contain actual almonds. My recipe includes bitter almond oil, which is actually extracted from apricot kernals, rather than the almond itself.
