Service Description

Class focus: -Icing consistencies (3-4 main consistencies) -Outling/flooding -Q&A 1:1 lessons are a great way to build up your skillset so you can begin creating your own edible works of art! While workshops and groups classes can be a great place to start, all of the prep is usually done for you. In these classes, you'll have the opportunity to learn how to make cookies from start to finish at home. 1:1 sessions allow us to proceed step-by-step at your own pace with a personal instructor, and it's the best way to ensure that the class is tailored to your unique needs and questions. Sessions are generally 1-2 hours long. Once you request a 1:1, I will follow up via email to coordinate dates/times.
